Bonita Polyester Round slings

Bonita polyester round endless slings are manufactured by using finest quality high tenacity polyester yarn that is hank wound continuously in the form of endless & is enclosed in a protective cover. These are manufactured as per EN 1492-2 and ASME standards and are available in the lifting capacity up to 300 tons. These round endless slings are available in color coded form for easy identification. Available with different types of protection.

Chemical resistance: Resistant to most acids, but not strong alkalizes.

According EN 1492-2:2000+A1:2008: 

D.3.6: Slings should be protected from edges, friction and abrasion, whether from the load or the lifting appliance.

Where reinforcements and protection against damage from edges and/or abrasion is supplied as part of the sling, this should be correctly positioned. It may be necessary to supplement this with additional protection.

Marking: Bonita slings are provided with a blue label with manufacturer’s symbol, working load limit (WLL), length, CE marking and a label with handling instruction. The label is always protected with transparent thick pvc protection cover

Material: 100% High Tenacity Polyester core and cover.

Temperature range: Between -40°C - +100°C.

Standard: EN 1492-2
